ASAP Title Agency is an active member of the community we serve.  We are members of the following organizations:

Our company provides a Full Title and Settlement Service for residential and commercial properties. We are dedicated to providing professional title, title related, and closing services to attorneys, lenders and real estate professionals. Our Staff


Gloria Oh, Esq., President
Title Officer.  Owner of ASAP Title Agency, LLC.  Gloria provides wonderful support through the closing process assisting clients navigate through difficult title related issues. In 1986 Gloria graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration and in 2011 she earned her J.D. from Pace Law School. She is the immediate past president of The Greater Fort Lee Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as a Board Member. 

Donna Sheholli, Office Manager
Title Officer and Closer. Donna joined ASAP Title Agency, LLC in 2011 with a strong background in Title Insurance, Appraisal, and Real Estate industries. She utilizes her diverse skills to supervise Richard Park and the Loan Processors to clear files for closing. Ms. Sheholli pre-closes the files by preparing the settlement statements and closes the files by attending the closings. Her strong desire to clear title issues guarantees purchasers and lenders “free and clear title” as well as a smooth closing process. Going the extra mile is no challenge for her. 

Richard Park, Title Processor
Title Processor and Administrative Assist. Richard Park has been with ASAP Title Agency, LLC since January 2008. Bi-lingual in Korean and English, and a student at Montclair State University with a major in Accounting, Richard is a strong asset for ASAP Title Agency, LLC. Mr. Park handles the title order process by submitting the necessary search requests for standard purchase and refinance. He also handles the business searches for SBA loans.
